Spa Booking Considerations

Appointment Bookings

We do our best to accommodate all spa requests but strongly encourage you to pre-book your treatments in advance to avoid disappointment and ensure we have the adequate staff available to fulfill your requests. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to allow time to change into supplied bath robes and fill out the required confidential health history forms. A VALID CREDIT CARD OR GIFT CARD IS REQUIRED FOR ALL BOOKINGS. PLEASE NOTE A 50% NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED FOR RMT BOOKINGS. A 20% DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED FOR ALL OTHER BOOKINGS. Spa appointments need to be confirmed through our secure online system at least 48 hours prior to your booking. Failure to confirm your appointment may result in losing the time you have reserved. If you wish to confirm your appointment with a gift card, you will need to call the spa directly at 705.434.0844

Gift Card Purchases & Pricing Policy

Gift cards do not expire but are only valid for the dollar amount loaded on the card. If a gift card is purchased with the intention to used towards a specific package, or service, the price of the original service or package will only be honored for gift card is redeemed in the same calendar year in which the pricing change took place. PLEASE NOTE: Gift Cards purchased for specific packages, or services are only valid for the dollar amount issued. We will only honour service or package pricing to gift cards redeemed within one year of purchase. All spa and room and food & beverage prices are subject to change without notice.

Late, Missed & Cancelled Appointments

To avoid disruptions to others, late appointments will only be accommodated if the treatment can be completed by the scheduled finish time. Service fees will not be reduced as a result of late arrivals. Appointment "no shows", missed, or cancelled appointments will result in 100% fuill charge of the total services booked. to cover staff wages and lost revenue. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding regarding this policy.

Group Bookings & Spa Packages Subject To A 15% Gratuity

Please note all group bookings, or multi-service bookings are subject to a 15% gratuity. If you are booking multiple staff members, or one staff member for multiple services, an automatic 15% gratuity will apply to you subtotal before taxes. Our staff work hard to make sure you have a great experience here. We appreciate your understanding and support.

Children

Our staff will accommodate children ages 6-12 for manicures and pedicures only. Children 12-18 who wish to book other services offered, must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Health history forms must be filled out by a parent or guardian for children under 18 years of age.

Methods of Payment

We accept all major credit cards, cash, electronic etransfer and valid harvest spa gift cards as methods of payment. All spa charges are paid for after services are complete at the spa.
